Cake Serving Guide

The Cake Shop bakes cakes in many sizes.
Here is the list of the most commonly ordered sizes and dimension:

  • (5 inch) can be served between 4-6 pax
  • (7 inch) can be served between 7-10 pax
  • (9 inch) can be served between 12-18 pax
  • (11 inch) can be served between 25-35 pax
  • (13 inch) can be served between 40-60 pax

For cakes bigger than 14inch, please contact our friendly sales staff for more information.

Payment Methods

Credit Cards

PayPal, an eBay Company, enables any individual or business with an email address to securely, easily and quickly send and receive payments online. Accepting Credit Cards: VISA, MasterCard and AMEX.

Bank Transfer

Customers are required to contact our hotline (+65 6570 3033) upon making the transfer to our OCBC CURRENT ACCOUNT: 601630502001

PayNow

Customers are required to contact our hotline (+65 6570 3033) upon making the payment via PayNow. Payee or Entity Name: TCS BAKERY Unique Entity Number (UEN): 53422393A

Delivery Policy

LOCAL DELIVERY: GENERAL ORDERS

S$12 delivery fee will be applicable to each order per delivery location within Singapore. When placing your order, please identify the date on which your order is to be delivered. Free delivery for all orders above S$100.

CHOICE OF DELIVERY SCHEDULE:

· 10am – 2pm
· 2pm – 6pm
· 6pm – 10pm

In the event that there is no recipient at the delivery destination to receive the cake, the cake will be returned back to our outlet for resend subjected to redelivery fees of S$12. No requests for refund will be entertained due to the perishable nature of our products. Refusal of any item by the recipient will still be considered as delivered and no refund will be made. Products must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if no queries are raised immediately upon delivery.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

Same day deliveries are subject to availability of product(s) and delivery schedule. Do contact us at Hotline: +65 3157 0303 or Whatsapp: +65 9662 0303 to enquire before making your purchase through our website. There will be NO REFUND for purchases made before confirmation with our staff.

SPECIFIC TIME DELIVERY

S$35 delivery fee will be applicable for specific time delivery request to one location within Singapore (between 10am – 10pm), Please allow +- of 15 mins of allowance in that event our delivery personels have difficulty locating the delivery site. LATE NIGHT/EARLY MORNING DELIVERY

Late night/early morning delivery will not be available with effect from 1 November 2015.

REDELIVERY CHARGES

For redelivery of orders, a surcharge of S$12 will be applicable. If redelivery is not made on the same working day or the next working day, please note that we will have to replace your order to ensure that only the freshest and the highest quality products are sent to the recipients. This order is chargeable at 25% discount off the original price and is applicable for all perishable gifts like cakes and flowers.

REDIRECTION CHARGES

For redirection of orders, a surcharge of S$10 will be applicable. In the event that the order is cancelled after delivery has been attempted, the full price will still be payable.
